Carnea o taiem fasii sau cubulete. Punem uleiul la incins intr-o cratita si adaugam carnea, sare si lasam sa fiarba inabusit in suc propriu.

Adaugam apoi morcovii, taiati rondele, si ceapa, taiata solzi. Lasam putin sa se inabuse si apoi adaugam berea. Fierbem pe foc mic cu capac.

Cand carnea este aproape fiarta adaugam si cartofii, taiati in bucati potrivite, si fierbem in continuare pana sunt si cartofii gata.
