Punem pulpele intr-un vas termorezistent, adaugam cartofii curatati, restul de unt si condimente il punem peste cartofi, punem 3 linguri de apa, saram.Pentru culoare puteti sa ungeti pulpele cu paprika dulce.

Dam vasul la cuptor incins la 200 de grade. Intoarcem cartofii din cand in cand si mai adaugam restul de apa cand scade sosul din vas. Lasati pana se rumenesc.
