Avem nevoie de: -1 kg jumate de muschi de vitel -1 ceapa -400 g smantana -2 ardei sare,piper -2 linguri de pasta de gogosar la borcan -patrunjel verde -cartofi, 1 kg pentru piure -200 ml bulion de casa -2 lingurite boia dulce -1 lingura faina -lapte pt. piure -1 lingura ulei pentru piure -1 lingurita unt pentru piure Se serveste cu muraturi -se caleste ceapa cu ardeii, se pune si pasta de ardei -se adauga boiaua,se stinge cu bulion -se pune carnea taiata felii -se completeaza cu apa -se lasa sub capac sa se patrunda carne -daca mai trebuie punem apa -se adauga condimentele -intre timp ne curata cartofii, ii taiem cubulete si ii punem la fiert in apa cu sare -carnea isi va lasa un sos propriu la care mai adaugam bulion sau apa daca trebuie -la sfarsit, cand carnea e gata se pune smantana si apoi punem 1 lingura de faina incet sa nu se faca cocoloase, amestecam bine si lasam sa mai fiarba 5 minute. -cartofii fierti ii sfaramam, punem putin ulei, apoi 1 lingurita de unt, amestecam bine, si incepem si punem lapte pana ajungem la consistenta dorita.

Cartofii piure ii facem dupa cum dorim. Eu am facut asa: ii sfaramam, punem putin ulei, apoi 1 lingurita de unt, amestecam bine, si incepem si punem lapte pana ajungem la consistenta dorita. Finalul:
