Ouale se curata si cu dispozitivul de taiat se taie . Daca nu avem facem taueturi sub forma de V intors pana se desprinde un capacel. Galbenusul de la 5 oua le punem separat intr-un vas la care mai adaugam si 2 linguri de rama si un pateu. Se amesteca bine si se condimenteaza cu sare si piper dupa gust.

Se umple ouale cu pasta rezultata , deasupra se aseaza capacelele de albus si se pun 2 ochisori la care folosim piper negru iar pentru cioc folosim morcov , ardei rosu.

Pentru sos avem nevoie de 1 galbenus crud , 2 galbenusuri fierte si 1 lingurita mustar si un pic de sare din care facem o maioneza adaugand treptat ulei. La acesta se adauga 300 ml smantana si se amesteca bine apoi se mai potriveste de sare si un pic de piper alb macinat . Sosul se toarna intr-un vas si asezam puisorii in sos .
