Amestecati drojdia, zaharul si 2 lingurite de apa calduta intr-un bol, amestecati pana se dizolva drojdia. Puneti faina si sarea intr-un vas incapator,faceti o gaura in mijloc si adaugati restul de apa, ulei, iaurt si drojdia.

Omogenizati compozitia cu o lingura de lemn si apoi framantati cu mainile. Puneti coca pe o suprafata presarata cu faina si framantati pana devine elastica.

Ungeti un vas cu ulei, puneti coca in vas si apoi o intoarce-ti ca sa fie acoperita cu ulei.Acoperiti vasul cu plastic si lasati la crescut, intr-un loc cald, pana isi dubleaza volumul.

Incalziti cuptorul la 230° C. Apasati cu pumnul in mijlocul aluatului. Puneti aluatul pe o suprafata presarata cu faina si framantati pana cand coca ajunge la dimensiunile lui normale. Impartiti coca in doua, fiecare bucata o intineti 26 cm(asta este marimea tavii pe care am folosit-o). Puneti lipiile pe tavi non-stick,lasati sa creasca(1-2 cm).

Inainte sa dati la cuptor, faceti cu degetul gauri pe suprafata lipiei.Coaceti aprox. 20 minute pana cand se rumeneste. Scoateti din cuptor si puneti lipia pe un gratar la racit.

Din acelasi aluat se face si lipia turceasca sau Pide numai ca pentru aceasta mai aveti nevoie de : 1 ou cu care ungeti lipia inainte sa o dati la cuptor 2 lingurite seminte de susan pe care le presarati peste lipie dupa ce ati uns cu ou
