Pentru acest preparat usor de facut avem nevoie de 1 conopida cam la 1 kg si aluat de bere. Procedam in felul urmator: -fierbem conopida in apa cu sare la foc mic-Atentie!!! Conopida trebuie sa fie putin tare, nu fiarta de tot. -lasam conopida sa se raceasca apoi o desfacem in buchetele -punem uleiul la incins in tigaie sau friteuza la 170 grade -dam fiecare buchetel de conopida prin aluatul cu bere si prajim in ulei pana se rumeneste -scoatem bucatile de conopida prajite pe prosoape de hartie sa absoarba grasimea -serviti preparatul cald
